Below you’ll find answers to some of the more common questions I’ve received. Read on to learn more about my services and what I’ve done to help my clients in pursuit of their goals. I tried so many diets but none of them worked. Tried different workout regimes and still I am struggling with excessive weight. Can you help me with that?

 Absolutely! You are right, diets do not work. I implement holistic approach to weight management so you will definitely see positive results.

I have no energy. Need to push myself through the day. What your program would you suggest for me?

We will need to get to the root causes of your current state and then create a recovery plan for you. I would suggest you to fill out the health form at the contact page and schedule the initial consult.

I can't fall asleep, wake up during the night and can't fall asleep again. Will your programs be of any help for me?

Definitely! Sleep is one of the key component of my holistic approach to your health and wellbeing

How many sessions do I need?

Everybody is different. The duration depends on many factors including your current state of wellbeing and goals you want to achieve but you will feel better after the first one.

I accept cash, checks, wire transfers, Zelle.
